Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device for vehicle which prevents surcharge to a battery without using a complicated charge control circuit and can effectively utilize generated output of a solar battery.SOLUTION: The power supply control device for vehicle controls charge and discharge of a power supply device which includes: an onboard battery 9 which applies power to a group of loads 19-22; and a solar battery device 1 which charges the onboard battery 9 with the generated power, and contains a plurality of loads wherein a group of loads 19-22 always operate and consume power during parking. The solar battery device 1 includes: a first solar battery 2 which outputs power below a sum total of power always consumed during parking; a second solar battery 3 which applies power to predetermined equipment 6 of the vehicle; a determinator 4 to determine on/off of an accessory switch 7; and isolator 4 and 13 which separate the second solar battery 3 from the onboard battery 9 when the determination result of the determinator 4 is off.
