Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aseptically filled and packaged body which shows improvement in protection of a discharge tool of a content, dischargeability of the content and tamper evidence, by filling the content aseptically in a plastic vessel body formed with a folding guide line, and accommodating the discharge tool in a protection case integrally formed with the vessel body, and to provide a production device.SOLUTION: The process of producing the aseptically filled and packaged body comprises: (1) arranging a parison 27 in a mold 32 for the plastic vessel body; (2) blowing aseptic air from a nozzle 24 inserted in the parison 27 to blow-mold the vessel body 2; (3) afterward filling the content from the nozzle 24 into the vessel body 2, and then retreating the nozzle 24; (4) inserting the discharge tool 5 of the content into the parison 27 on the upper part of the vessel body 2; (5) afterward clamping the mold 31 for the protection case; and (6) forming the protection case 6 from the parison 27 on the upper part of the vessel body 2.
