PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium dispenser and a service providing system using the same, capable of performing a plurality of target modes, such as a wagon service mode and a maintenance mode, and establishing a simple system.SOLUTION: A ball dispenser 1 includes: an IC tag communication unit 34 for communicating between itself and IC tags 61 and 62 which employees in a game parlor have to obtain identification codes stored in the IC tags; an identification unit 53 for identifying the identification code of the IC tag; and a mode control unit 54 for performing a plurality of modes and selecting and controlling a predetermined mode corresponding to the identification modes of the IC tags 61 and 62 identified by the identification unit 53.
