PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed device which improves the fitting strength between a cap and a bottom, and suppresses unevenness between the cap and the bottom generated when mounted so as to improve safety.SOLUTION: The bed device 1 includes the cap 40 fitted to an end part 31 in a cross direction of a bottom 30 with respect to the bottom 30 which supports a mattress and has a concavo-convex shape in a longitudinal cross section. The cap 40 includes: a body part 42 whose upper surface is the identical surface to the bottom 30; and a fitting part 41 which extends from the body part 42 and vertically holds with respect to the unevenness of the bottom 30 to be fitted to the end part 31 of the bottom 30.
