PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling the operation of a working vehicle in which a course of operations between engine starting and working is simplified.SOLUTION: The device for controlling the operation of a working vehicle includes: a traveling machine and a working machine which are driven by the output of an engine; a working clutch freely switchable between an ON condition for transmitting the output of the engine to the working machine and an OFF condition for blocking the output of the engine; and an accelerator for switching between an idling state for allowing the engine to run at the idling speed and a rated rotating state for allowing the engine to run at a rated rotation speed. The operation control device is provided with: an operation controller for operating the working clutch and the accelerator; and an operation command unit that is a manual operation type, and for issuing an operation start command. When the operation command unit issues an operation start command to the operation controller, the controller puts the accelerator to the rated rotating state and the working clutch to the ON condition.
