PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary capable of corresponding to concrete ridges having different heights and preventing a bearing part of a claw shaft from coming into contact with the concrete ridges while preventing long grass from coiling around a side guard when tilling a furrow side.SOLUTION: In the rotary including: a machine frame 4 mounted at a tractor 2 through a link mechanism; a tilling part 5 provided at a lower part of the machine frame 4 and composed of a plurality of tilling claws 13 mounted to the claw shaft 12 wherein both ends thereof are rotatably supported around a right and left shaft through the bearing; and frame members for each supporting the claw shaft 12 on right and left sides of the tilling part 5, a side guard 31 at a position outside in right and left directions of at least one frame member of the right and left frame members and also corresponding to an upper part of the concrete ridges is formed by a rod-shaped member, and arranged in an inclined shape which moves upward as going backward.
