DATA TRANSMISSION APPARATUS, SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently specify a transmission control value for implementing high speed transmission.SOLUTION: A data transmission apparatus includes: a storage section for storing a plurality of candidate values of a transmission control value for data transmission via a high speed transmission line; a first data processing circuit for transmitting data via the high speed transmission line according to a set transmission control value; a second data processing circuit for receiving the data from the first data processing circuit via the high speed transmission line; and a setting section for retrieving one candidate value of the transmission control value from the storage section and setting the retrieved transmission control value in the first data processing circuit. The second data processing circuit outputs an interrupt signal to the setting section if detecting an error in the data transmission from the first data processing circuit via the high speed transmission line, and on receipt of the interrupt signal from the second data processing circuit, the setting section retrieves an unretrieved transmission control value from the plurality of candidate values stored in the storage section and sets the retrieved transmission control value in the first data processing circuit.
