LABEL ATTRIBUTE ARITHMETIC CIRCUIT AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a process of generating a label ID table at a slew rate without increasing a system clock.SOLUTION: The label attribute arithmetic circuit includes: a label ID reading section which reads a label ID held in a two-dimensional array through raster scanning the label ID; a parallel distributed result arithmetic section which operates attribute information of an object recognized from the read label ID; a label ID table section which temporarily stores the attribute information and includes the parallel distributed label ID table; and a result integrating section which integrates the attribute information that is temporarily stored in the parallel distributed label ID table.
