COUNTERMEASURE PRESENTATION DEVICE, COUNTERMEASURE PRESENTATION METHOD AND COUNTERMEASURE PRESENTATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an effective countermeasure against a trouble occurred in a monitoring target apparatus.SOLUTION: A countermeasure presentation device has: a countermeasure storage unit for storing countermeasure contents associating a countermeasure content to be executed against an event occurred in an apparatus with next countermeasure content determined by an execution result of the previous countermeasure content, and storing branch countermeasures which are a plurality of countermeasure contents associated with one execution result; a history storage unit for storing countermeasure procedures executed in the past against events occurred in the apparatus, and success or failure of execution results in the countermeasure procedures; an evaluation unit for evaluating effectiveness of branch destination countermeasures of the branch countermeasures stored in the countermeasure storage unit based on success or failure of execution results in the countermeasure procedures stored in the history storage unit; and a presentation unit for presenting countermeasure procedures including countermeasure contents of branch destinations evaluated as effective.
