PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To oscillate a carrier supporting part for supporting a carrier in which a probe is fixed to agitate reaction solution containing biologically-relevant molecules to promote coupling reaction between the probe and the biologically-relevant molecules.SOLUTION: A carrier supporting container includes: a container body 20 for storing solution; and a container lid 10 including a carrier supporting part 12 for supporting a carrier 30 in which a probe is fixed and a lid part 11 engaged with the container body 20. When the container body 20 and the container lid 10 are engaged with each other, the carrier 30 faces and moves relative to a bottom in the container body 30 in a state in which the container body 20 and the container lid 10 are engaged with each other.
