Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which can heat at a higher temperature while securing the uniformity of distribution of heat radiated on a heated object.SOLUTION: The heating device is configured arranging a plurality of rod-like infrared lamps 11 on a plane in parallel, arranging a plurality of rod-like infrared lamps 12 on a plane facing the plane on which the infrared lamp 11 is arranged in parallel, arranging the infrared lamps 11, 12 at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction, including a plurality of heat generating parts of the same length electrically connected in series, and composing regular patterns with the plurality of heat generating parts included in the infrared lamps 11, 12 in a planar view seen from the direction perpendicular to the plane on which the infrared lamps 11, 12 are arranged to uniformly distribute them on the plane.
