Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower including a terminal block electrically connected to a circuit board which is excellent in a protecting function to prevent the exposure of the circuit board by wholly covering the circuit board even if connecting work to external wiring is carried out by using the terminal block.SOLUTION: At least a circuit board 2 electrically connected to electric components of the blower in the circuit board 2 and a terminal block 4 electrically connected to the circuit board 2 is attached to an outer casing 5 of the blower. The circuit board 2 is wholly covered with a first cover 6 that is fixed to the outer casing 5 by a fixing means 9. A second cover 14 is detachably attached for covering at least a part of the first cover facing a connecting portion 8 of the terminal block 4 with external wiring 7, and the fixing means 9 of the first cover 6 is covered with the second cover 14.
