MICROEMULSION PRE-CONCENTRATE CONTAINING RENIN INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, containing δ-amino-γ-hydroxy-ω-aryl-alkanoic acid amide renin inhibitor as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: The formulation in form of microemulsion pre-concentrate contains the active ingredient and at least one absorption-promoting excipient. The pre-concentrate is a naturally dispersible water-in-oil type microemulsion which converts into an oil-in-water type microemulsion when diluted in an aqueous medium, for instance, in the gastric juice. i Moreover, a manufacturing method and use thereof as an agent are provided.
