The conveying part 10 conveys the industrial material 70, and the recording part 30 discharges ink to the industrial material 70 conveyed by the conveying part 10 in order to record an image. Among plural recording heads constituting the recording part 30, for example, the clearance of a recording head 34K4 and a recording head 34C1 spaced from and juxtaposed with the recording head 34K4 is blocked.
