PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new device structure of a liquid preparation device for preparing a plurality of kinds of liquids.SOLUTION: Ejection piping 34 is disposed in each of a plurality of medicine bottles 100. In preparing a liquid medicine, a rotary table 18 is rotated, and the distal end of the ejection piping 34 connected to a desired medicine bottle 100 is moved above a prescription bottle 110. Then, the prescription bottle 110 is moved upward, and by appropriately controlling an ejection valve 36, a presssurizing/depressurizing valve 25, an atmosphere releasing valve 28 and a syringe pump 20, etc. in this state, the liquid medicine inside the medicine bottle 100 is ejected into the prescription bottle 110. By repeating the ejection work for each of the plurality of medicine bottles 100 necessary for preparing the liquid medicine, a plurality of kinds of liquid medicines are ejected into the prescription bottle 110 to achieve the preparation of the liquid medicine.
