Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain at one time and highly accurately a local absolute value of an electrical characteristic value originated from a blood flow by eliminating influences of respiration and heart beat.SOLUTION: An electrical impedance tomographic image measuring apparatus includes: a first extracting means 41 which measures a second electric potential difference (Dmean(t)) generated in an outputting pair electrode, separates it into a respiration originating component and a heart beat originating component, detects a specified respiration condition from the respiration originating component of the second electric potential difference, detects a specified heart beat condition, and extracts a plurality of second electric potential differences under the specified respiration condition; a second extracting means 42 which synchronously adds a plurality of the second electric potential differences extracted by the first extracting means based on a specified heart beat timing and removes the respiration originating component therefrom; and a determining means 43 which estimates an absolute optimum electric characteristic value originated from the blood flow corresponding to respective pixels by using the second electric potential difference from which the respiration originating component is removed.
