Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system capable of using energy when necessary, being constructed scalably, and further reducing an initial investment on the infrastructure.SOLUTION: The charging system comprises: one or more battery devices having a secondary battery therein; a charging device for performing a non-contact power transmission to the battery device; and a charge control device for controlling the non-contact power transmission between the charging device and the battery device. The battery device is formed in a hexagonal column shape having a prescribed height with an almost hexagonal bottom. The charging device is formed in a hexagonal column shape having a prescribed height with an almost hexagonal bottom. When the battery device is placed onto the charging device, the non-contact power transmission between the charging device and the battery device is performed under a control of the control device.
