Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily restart distribution and reproduction of a content the distribution and reproduction of which has been stopped, when distributing and reproducing the content by using a reproduction right obtained by a mobile terminal for another video terminal.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 130 transmits reproduction right information to a video terminal 110, and the video terminal 110 generates and stores video-terminal reproduction right information including the reproduction right information. The video terminal 110 transmits the video-terminal reproduction right information to a server 150. When the server 150 successfully authenticates the video-terminal reproduction right information, the video terminal 110 receives distribution of a content which can be distributed with the video-terminal reproduction right information. When the video terminal 110 restarts reproduction of the content the reproduction of which has been stopped, the video terminal 110 transmits the stored video-terminal reproduction right information to the server 150 and has the video-terminal reproduction right information authenticated by the server 150.
