Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication system and a wireless communication method which make it possible for a wireless device to optionally perform communication with a plurality of wireless devices in a wireless network in a simple way with the use of the wireless device which does not continuously participate in the wireless network and does not have identification information of each wireless device forming the wireless network.SOLUTION: A wireless communication system makes a second wireless device (23) generate a communication request including its own identification information "H" to a first wireless device (15) having predetermined identification information "E" among identification information "A"-"E" output by a plurality of first wireless devices (11-15) forming a wireless network (16); and when the predetermined first wireless device (15) has determined that the identification information included in the communication request is that of the second wireless device (23), the wireless communication system makes the first wireless device (15) perform communication with the second wireless device (23).
