Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light emitting element which reduces the manufacturing man-hours and costs.SOLUTION: An LED light emitting element includes at least one LED chip which emits light by receiving driving current supply and a wiring board which has a recessed part, in which the LED chip is housed and mounted, on the surface side and is provided with a wiring pattern formed for supplying the driving current to the LED chip. Further, an insertion part, which is used for inserting a penetration member when the LED light emitting element is fixed to a counterpart member, is formed on the wiring board.
