Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power consumption plasma display panel having a high definition and a high luminance display performance.SOLUTION: In the plasma display where an electrode, a dielectric layer and a protective layer are formed on a substrate, the protective layer is formed using nano crystal particles. When the protective layer is irradiated with vacuum ultraviolet rays having wavelengths of 146 nm and 172 nm, respectively, and then photoluminescence emission spectrum is measured, light emission intensity ratio A/B is 2.7 or higher, where A is the peak emission intensity in case of vacuum irradiation with an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength of 146 nm in the range of 350-550 nm, and B is the peak emission intensity in case of vacuum irradiation with an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength of 172 nm. |
