PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick-reference age counting guide showing ages up to 100 on a slide scale to be usable for many years.SOLUTION: A quick-reference year of age counting guide has a structure provided with a laterally oblong base plate, whose surface is divided into 100 equal parts and vertically divided into a 20th century part and a 21st century part each showing a chronological table for 100 years, and a slide indicator arranged under these parts and stating 100 years of human age beginning with 0 and running up to 99 in a leftward direction to show 100 years of age reversely from 99 to 0 with reference to 0 (100), wherein a take-up shaft and a superposed magnet are arranged on each side of the slide indicator, the shafts and the magnets slide the slide indicator while bridging and taking up the same.
