Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and optimally build a virtual device suitable for an operation situation of an image processor of a customer.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises image processor management means which collects management information of multiple image processors, downloads software to be installed in an image processor from outside according to an installation request of the software from outside, acquires license information of the software from outside and installs the software in the image processor. If the software required to be installed is cooperative software operated in cooperation with multiple image processors, the image processor management means installs the cooperative software in an optimal image processor based on the collected management information.
