COOLING/HOT WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling/hot water supply apparatus with high thermal efficiency by combining hot water production and cooling in a single apparatus.SOLUTION: The cooling/hot water supply apparatus 260 has: a winter mode in which the maximum amount of hot water is stored; an intermediate stage mode in which an amount of hot water smaller than that of the winter mode is stored; and a cooling mode in which a lot of waste heat of cooling is stored, and transition between the winter mode and the intermediate stage mode is based on a date and transition between the intermediate stage mode and the cooling mode is based on an amount of waste heat of cooling. Because the cooling/hot water supply apparatus 260 includes: a coolant circuit 91 absorbing heat from outside air and producing hot water; a coolant circuit 95 operating with instruction of strong cooling and producing hot water; a coolant circuit 94 operating with instruction of weak cooling and producing medium temperature water; and coolant circuits 92A and 96 absorbing heat of the medium temperature water produced with operation of the coolant circuit 94 or a heater 140 and producing hot water, thermal efficiency of cooling and hot water production is extremely high and lowering of thermal efficiency caused by production of the hot water with the medium temperature water does not take place.
