Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion fuel system not needing storage of produced emulsion fuel, and capable of changing a supply amount of the emulsion fuel according to demand of a demander while preventing increase of pressure loss of the system.SOLUTION: An emulsion producing device 105 produces the emulsion fuel of water and fuel oil from a mixture of the water and fuel oil. The emulsion fuel system has a pressure regulation valve 106 for regulating a flow rate of the emulsion fuel produced by the emulsion producing device, a means 103 for detecting a pressure of emulsion fluid passing through the pressure regulation valve, a control device 109 for regulating the pressure regulation valve on the basis of the pressure of the pressure detecting means, and a branch pipe branched at a downstream side of the pressure regulation valve, so that one of them is applied as a pipe connected to a combustion means for burning the emulsion fuel, and the other is applied as a pipe 110 returning to an upstream side of the emulsion fuel producing device. The emulsion fuel remaining without consumed by the combustion means is automatically returned to the upstream side of the emulsion fuel producing device.
