Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a fixing member 100 capable of suppressing a clearance between the fixing member 100 and a bumper 200.SOLUTION: The fixing member 100 includes: a head portion 22 protruding with respect to an outer circumference face 21 around a center axis of a second member 20; and projection groups 12a to 12h comprising a plurality of elastically deformable projections 12a1 to 12h1 arranged as equally spaced on coaxial lines along the center axis of a first member 10. The fixing member is mounted on a bumper 200 by pinching and holding the bumper 200 with the head portion 22 and part of the projections 12a1 to 12h1. The projections 12a1, 12c1, 12e1, 12g1 in the projection groups 12a, 12c, 12e, 12g are disposed at the same position in a direction along the center axis. The projections 12b1, 12d1, 12f1, 12h1 in the projection groups 12b, 12d, 12f, 12h are disposed at the same position in a direction along the center axis but different from the position of the projections 12a1 and others.
