MOTOR-DRIVEN WORKING APPARATUS USING AIR CYLINDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven working apparatus using an air cylinder, in which a mechanism for keeping constant a feed rate of a motor mechanism is arranged.SOLUTION: The motor-driven working apparatus includes: (1) an outside case 11 on which a notched part 19 is formed; (2) a motor unit 12 which has a stator holding case 22, to the front and the back of which first and second bearing blocks 20, 21 are fixed respectively, and a rotor 24 including a spindle 27 supported freely rotatably by the first and the second bearing blocks 20, 21 and which is arranged in the outside case 11; and (3) the air cylinder 13 which has a piston rod 41 to be connected to the rear of the second bearing block 21 and is used for moving the motor unit 12 back and forth. The second bearing block 21 includes a projection part 59, which is projected into the outside of the outside case 11 and can be moved back and forth along the notched part 19, so that the motor unit 12 is prevented from being despinned with respect to the outside case 11 by using the projection part 59 and a fixture 60 and the feed rate of the motor unit 12 is made constant.
