Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that reliability of control of control volume of a motor generator 10 decreases during the period before a supervisory CPU again detects abnormality of a control CPU in a reset return of the control CPU, by the possibility of performing abnormal processing on the control volume by the control CPU.SOLUTION: A control microcomputer 30 outputs an operation signal MS of an inverter 12 to the inverter 12 through a cutoff circuit 72. The cutoff circuit 72 is made to perform a cutoff by a prohibition signal pro from a supervisory microcomputer 40. The supervisory microcomputer 40 outputs the prohibition signal pro until normality of the control microcomputer 30 is confirmed. The prohibition signal pro is a signal having logic 'L', and a signal line L3 to which the prohibition signal pro is output is pulled down through a resistor 64. Thereby, the operation signal MS is cut off by the cutoff circuit 72 even the period when the supervisory microcomputer 40 is reset.
