Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales supporting method and a sales supporting program capable of widely promoting sales by imparting a commission to an affiliator even while any article is purchased or any service is offered in a real store.SOLUTION: An introduction site managed by an affiliator who has guided a user member-registered on an EC site to the EC site is specified (S10, S20). When purchasing any article or service in a real store introduced on the EC site, the user confirms a purchase amount screen presented on a terminal device operated by the user together with the staff of the real store and notifies the confirmation to a server as a confirmation notice (S70). The server generates commission information indicating payment of a success commission to the affiliator (S120). Therefore, even if the payment is made in cash in the real store, a point can be imparted to the user and the success commission can be imparted to the affiliator.
