ADJUSTMENT TOOL FOR TENSION BETWEEN PULLEYS AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING TENSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment tool for tension between pulleys which is small and lightweight, is excellent in portability and also does not require a special device, and a method for adjusting tension which can be performed easily and swiftly.SOLUTION: A representative adjustment tool 315 for tension between pulleys includes a first fitting member 312 fitted on a pulley on one side to press to a pair of pulleys looped with a belt, a second fitting member 313 fitted on a pulley on another side to apply pressure in a direction of separation from the pulley on one side, and a support member 314 for supporting the first and second fitting members. In the tension adjustment tool, the first and the second fitting members include a fitting face which fits the pulley, a fitting part which forms the fitting face on the end face, a male screw part fixed on the side opposite to the fitting face of the fitting part, and a nut screwed to the male screw part, and the support member includes a support member body, a plurality of side walls orthogonal to an axial direction of the male screw part and arranged in the axial direction, and a hole provided on the side wall.
