Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an existing pipe when a flow rate of a coolant in a condenser is increased, in circulating water equipment of a power plant.SOLUTION: The circulating water equipment 1 of the power plant includes a steam turbine. The equipment includes: a circulating water pump 24 for piping up the coolant from a source of water; the condenser 2 for producing condensed water by carrying out heat exchange between the coolant pumped up by the circulating water pump 24 and exhaust of the steam turbine; a state detection device 15 for detecting an operation state of the circulating water equipment 1; and a control device 16 for controlling the circulating water pump 24 on the basis of the operation state of the circulating water equipment 1 detected by the state detection device 15.
