A governor command obtained by the PID operation is output to a governor 13 to control the fuel quantity to be supplied to the main engine 12. Further, the governor command and the actual number of rotations Nare input to an observer 18 of a control subject S to estimate the propeller inflow velocity variation. In an operation unit 19, the number-of-rotations command Nis corrected by multiplying the propeller inflow velocity variation by a predetermined gain and adding the result to the number-of-rotations command N. |
