VACANT ROOM MANAGEMENT AUTOMATIC LOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a female customer feels uneasy when an automatic lock is operated and locking is performed when she enters a room to view a rental house.SOLUTION: A lock body 12 attached to an attaching member 10 mounted on the upper end of a door 13 such that a U-shaped engaging part is over the inner and outer surfaces of the door 13 is locked by projecting a bolt 27 from a lock surface and engaging it with a door frame 13b, when closing of the door 13 is detected by N(=2) times. In such a manner, even when the door 13 is closed when performing the viewing, since it is the first opening and closing, the lock body 12 is not locked. On the other hand, when the viewing ends and the door 13 is closed after going out of the door, since the number N of times of closing the door 13 is 2, the lock body 12 is locked by projecting the bolt 27. In such a manner, locking is not performed when performing the viewing to prevent uneasiness.
