ELEVATOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of providing accurate information regarding evacuation time when a fire breaks out.SOLUTION: There are included: a transmitting part 13a which transmits a fire break-out notification signal for notifying that a fire breaks out inside a building to each dwelling unit in the building by using an intercom; a receiving part 13b which receives a response signal transmitted from each dwelling unit by using the intercom in response to the fire break-out notification signal; a number-of-responding-dwelling-units information acquiring part 16 which acquires information of the number of responding dwelling units regarding the number of dwelling units, transmitting the response signals, for each floor of the building on the basis of the response signals received by the receiving unit; an evacuation-time calculating part 17 which calculates evacuation time in the case when evacuating by using an elevator on the basis of the information of the number of responding dwelling units acquired by the number-of-responding-dwelling-units information acquiring part; and a notifying part 19 which notifies evacuation information based on the evacuation time calculated by the evacuation-time calculating part.
