Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spatula-shaped projections which has a combing-hair function efficiently, help to transfer force to the top when they are pushed to a scalp and are mounted on a brush surface of a base with a scalp massaging brush.SOLUTION: The spatula-shaped projections 14 are made from an elastomer resin. On the top of a spatula-shaped section 14a having a flat cross-sectional shape, two or more top projections 16 are raised at an interval in the longitudinal axis direction X of the flat cross-sectional shape. The height h1 from a brush surface 13 to the top of the top projections 16 is 5-25 mm. The height h2 of the spatula-shaped section 14a occupies 70-95% of the height h1 to the top of the top projections 16. The top of the top projections 16 has a roughly conical shape with rounded top and protrudes in 1-5 mm height from the top of the spatula-shaped section 14a.
