SWINGING EXERCISE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swinging exercise device capable of preventing a user from being seated in an improper posture.SOLUTION: The swinging exercise device 1 includes a device body 10 installed on a floor A and an exercise unit 60 arranged on an upper part of the body 10 for the user B seated thereon. Also, the device includes: a swinging mechanism 20, arranged in the body 10, for swinging a seat 61 of the exercise unit 60; and a control unit, arranged in the body 10, for controlling the operation of the swinging mechanism 20. The exercise unit 60 includes: the seat 61 with a shape simulating a horseback and a saddle mounted thereon; two stirrups 62 for the user B seated on the seat 61 to put legs thereon; and a holding unit 70, arranged in a rear end of the exercise unit 60, for holding a back L of the user B. Then, a posture of the back L of the user B is changed by changing a relative relationship between the seat 61 and the holding unit 70.
