PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter allowing an output voltage to be further stabilized while reducing circuit area.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 100 comprises an output terminal Tout, a first MOS transistor M1 of a first conductive type, a second MOS transistor M2 of a second conductive type, a third MOS transistor M3 of a first conductive type, a fourth MOS transistor M4 of a second conductive type, a first inductor L1, a second inductor L2, a first capacitor C1, a second capacitor C2, a third capacitor C3, a first resistor R1, a second resistor R2, and a control circuit 100a. The control circuit 100a applies a first bias voltage Vbn to one end of the first resistor R1 and one end of the second resistor R2 so that a predetermined first reference voltage Vref1 and an output voltage Vout are same.
