Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-phase voltage type AC-DC conversion device and a three-phase voltage type AC-DC conversion device which can contribute to the stabilization of system frequency and system voltage by being arranged between a load and a power distribution system network, and to provide a stabilization control method for the system frequency and the system voltage.SOLUTION: By applying an autonomous parallel operation control technology of an AC-DC conversion device to a load which receives power from a power distribution system network, a drooping characteristic (governor-free characteristic) and a voltage maintenance characteristic (V-Q characteristic) for the frequency of effective power can be obtained. Since the governor-free characteristic is such characteristic as automatically throttles a received power when a system frequency drops and automatically increases the received power when the system frequency rises, it can contribute to stabilize the system frequency even though it is a load. Further, the V-Q characteristic generates/absorbs a reactive power so as to keep a power receiving end voltage to be constant regardless of load power, thereby contributing to the stabilization of a system voltage. |
