SOLAR CELL PANEL FRAME AND SOLAR CELL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel frame which has high structural strength and adjusts a tilt angle and height in a wide range.SOLUTION: A solar cell panel frame holds a solar cell panel at a desired tilt angle and includes: a base; poles erected from the base; and a long lateral material which is attached to the other end side of the poles and placed along a solar cell panel surface which intersects the direction that the solar cell panel is tilted. The poles has a first pole and a second pole, and the first pole and the second pole are attached directly or through another member so as to rotate with one of the ends serving as a base. The other ends of the first pole and the second pole are attached to the lateral member directly or through another member so as to rotate, and the fix positions are changed in the longitudinal direction of the lateral material.
