PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device and a photoelectric conversion module which have improved conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises: a light absorption layer containing a semiconductor compound capable of photoelectric conversion; a first semiconductor layer provided on one side of the light absorption layer and containing Zn; and a second semiconductor layer containing a larger amount of Zn than the first semiconductor layer provided on one side of the first semiconductor layer. The second conductor layer has a minimum Zn composition ratio in the vicinity of an interface with the first conductor layer.
