Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability and solve inconvenience when operation is to be stopped for inspection immediately before being stopped for equipment service life.SOLUTION: A fuel cell power generation system is configured such that, when last inspection determination means 105 determines from a predicted equipment service life arrival time predicted by equipment service life arrival prediction means 103 and a predicted inspection time predicted by inspection time prediction means 104 that a predicted next inspection time is closest to the predicted equipment life arrival time, operation control means 107 creates a special operation plan in which the predicted inspection time generally matches the predicted equipment life arrival time; when not determined to be closest, the operation control means 107 creates a basic operation plan; thus operating a fuel cell 101 based on the created basic operation plan.
