PRODUCTION PLAN CREATION APPARATUS AND PRODUCTION PLAN CREATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a suitable production plan considering a restriction condition of each actual article within a short time.SOLUTION: A division part 46 divides a production plan creation period into a plurality of sections. Then, a cycle generation part 47 extracts the predetermined number of article candidates whose production plan is to be allocated to a processing target section out of the sections divided by the division part 46 as actual article candidates in each cycle of manufacturing facilities for supplying actual articles and selects an actual article candidate group generated in one cycle of the manufacturing facilities from the extracted predetermined number of actual article candidates as a candidate cycle in each cycle. An evaluation part 48 calculates the total of delivery date delay rewards, work-in-process stock rewards and a pre-connection cost in each candidate cycle. A selection part 49 selects a candidate cycle for allocating the production plan to the processing target section based on the total of delivery date delay rewards, the work-in-process stock rewords and the pre-connection cost.
