Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which is downsized so as to be mounted in an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An image display device 10 comprises an enclosure 11 which is identified by a plurality of regions, an image display device body 100 which is stored in the enclosure 11 and projects an image, and a control board 22 which electrically connects with the image display device body 100 and an external electronic apparatus and is arranged across a plurality of the regions. The enclosure 11 comprises a region S which allows one side of the control board 22 to be arranged therein and at least a part thereof to be retained by the electronic apparatus, a region T which is located at an opposite side from the electronic apparatus across the region S and allows the image display device body 100 to be arranged therein, and a region U which is located so as to form a key shape together with the region S to shroud a corner of the region T and allows another side of the control board 22 to be arranged therein.
