Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a signal embedded in DC noise.SOLUTION: The signal processor includes: providing at least one of predetermined upper limit dmax and lower limit dmin; making a change for increasing a harmonic component to a signal waveform by applying at least one conversion of conversion to set at dmax when a data value is larger than dmax and conversion to set at dmin when the data value is smaller than dmin, to a data string for the acquired signal; performing frequency analysis of the converted data string; and detecting a signal using the harmonic component which is the obtained analysis result.
