Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating an earthquake motion after new installation or transfer of a seismometer in which estimation of the earthquake motion is appropriately conducted after the new installation or transfer of the seismometer by effectively using a ground survey result, and an alarm output to railways and roads can be grasped before the new installation or transfer of the seismometer.SOLUTION: In a method for estimating the earthquake motion in a location where the seismometer is not installed, an amplification characteristic at a seismometer installed location and a seismometer installation planned location which are mutually adjacent is obtained from a constantly micro tremorous H/V spectrum. The earthquake motion at a location where the seismometer is not installed is estimated by using a ratio of an H/V spectrum of the seismometer installed location and an H/V spectrum of the seismometer installation planned location as a difference of ground amplification factors. |
