Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cutting tool and a fitting member to be arranged close to each other when a first and second object portions to be cut are cut in a state that the fitting member is fitted with an end portion in an axial direction of a rotor.SOLUTION: A single cutting tool 25 is positioned at a first object portion 21 to be cut in a radial direction by driving a stage 29 in the radial direction, and the first object portion 21 to be cut is cut with the cutting tool 25 by driving the stage 29 in the axial direction in a state that a fitting member 27a is fitted with an end portion in the axial direction 8 of the rotor by driving a fitting member installation base 31 in an axial direction. The single cutting tool 25 is positioned at a second object portion 23 to be cut in the radial direction by driving the stage 29 in the radial direction, and the second object portion 23 to be cut is cut with the cutting tool 25 by driving the stage 29 in the axial direction in a state that a fitting member 27b is fitted with the end portion in the axial direction 8 of the rotor by driving the fitting member installation base 31 in the axial direction.
