Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sink surface which prevents scratch and keeps coating from peeling off due to rubbing with stainless steel fiber of a metal scrubber.SOLUTION: On a base plate 11 having a plurality of micro recesses 13 with a maximum diameter smaller than 0.45 mm and a depth of 5 to 30 μm, protrusions 12 having a larger diameter than that of the micro recesses 13 are arranged to form an embossed pattern 41. A surface of the base plate 11 is color-coated to form a color-coated embossed plate 1. Even in the case that a part or an entire of the color coat applied to a portion other than the micro recesses 13 is peeled off during practical use, the color-coated embossed plate 1 in its entirety exhibits the color due to the color coating material accumulated in the micro recesses 13.
