Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber which can impart high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity even when the carbon fiber is added to a resin etc. in a small amount.SOLUTION: There is provided an aggregate in which non-linear carbon fibers having a tube structure, an outer diameter d of 2 to 20 nm, and a ratio of an inner diameter dto the outer diameter d (d/d) of 0.6 to 0.9, are stretched in a line in the same direction. The aggregate is shaped like a band or ribbon. The aggregate can be mixed into a matrix material and kneaded to obtain a composite material.
