Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy loss of a generator driving system when a generator operates at high speed even when the voltage required for a magnet of a magnet work machine is low.SOLUTION: The rotating speed of the generator is controlled by regulating a discharge flow rate of a hydraulic pump for driving the generator, and then changing the rotating speed of a hydraulic motor based on a magnet operation switch signal and an engine set rotation number signal, so that a control device of the magnet work machine obtains output voltages corresponding to strong excitation at the start of "suction", stationary excitation at the time of stationary "suction", and liberation reverse excitation at the time of "liberation", respectively.
