Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect breakage of a main wire beforehand while well following high-speed motion of a robot and also effectively contribute to determination of the cause of the breakage.SOLUTION: Main wires 14-1 and 14-2, and a breakage advance-detecting wire 14-3 are made of FPCs. The breakage advance-detecting wire 14-3 is provided to lie side by side with the main wires 14-1 and 14-2 in a thickness direction and structured to be broken slightly earlier than the main wires 14-1 and 14-2. Further, the breakage advance-detecting wire 14-3 is located on the outer side of the main wires 14-1 and 14-2 in an inverting part T. As a result, a micro-crack occurring on the main wires 14-1 and 14-2 appears on the breakage advance-detecting wire 14-3 in an expanded form. |
